Requirements

A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 13 Ventura or later.

Where is my dog?

Click the Macopet icon in the menu bar to show the dog, open Settings or quit the app.

Restore purchases

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before, then choose Restore Purchases in Settings. Treats, meals and play sessions are kept on your Macopet account.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage. Deleting the app or your Macopet account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. When a pack is refunded, only its unused items are removed.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
